 Good Morning, Lummi Nation School! Today is Monday, June 1st, and it is a Maroon Day. 

Academics

Summer School registration is now open. To register, please complete and submit your registration packet by June 19, 2026.

  • Dates: July 6 – July 30, 2026
  • Days: Monday – Thursday
  • Time: 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Grades: Kindergarten – 8th Grade

Activities

K–6 Spirit Week is happening this week! Today is Blackhawks Gear Day. Wear Blackhawks gear or school colors (maroon & black).

Here’s what we have planned for the rest of the week:

Tuesday (6/2) – Teacher/Student Swap Day
Students dress like teachers, and teachers dress like students!

Wednesday (6/3) – Twin Day
Match outfits with a friend or group.

Thursday (6/4) – Dress As… Day
Dress as a book character, athlete, celebrity, costume character, or other fun idea.
Please ensure all outfits remain school appropriate and no masks are allowed.

Friday (6/5) – Comfy Day
Wear pajamas or comfy clothes to end the week in comfort and style!

Lunch today is Chicken Alfredo with brocolli and bread sticks.

Hawk Talk: May 20, 2026

Halk Talk is produced by Blackhawks Studios, our student-run media production program at Lummi Nation School. Blackhawks Studios gives students hands-on experience in video production, storytelling, and digital media while providing a creative platform to showcase the voices and spirit of our school community.
